This role is NOT for everyone, it comes with extreme responsibility and commitment to succeed! If you have an EXTENSIVE background in LARGE FORMAT retail Managment, posses a comprehensive understanding of large amounts of stock and staff, I want to hear from you!

Successful applicant will have:

  • Comprhensive experience in a large format store at Managers level.
  • Extensive staff management on a large scale.
  • A proven track record on reaching and exceeding sales budgets.
  • "To the minute" - time management skills.
  • The natural ability to mentor others.
  • Strong work ethic with the initiative to match.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on rostering, pays, performance management, KPI's and report writing.
